Hydrographics, also known as Water-Transfer Printing, is a very niche technique that involves imprinting various patterns & designs onto objects using a dissolvable film, that is then dipped into water.

The average time span for completing a hydrodipping project is typically 2-4 weeks This includes the time for preparation, the dipping process itself, drying, curing, and any final touch-ups or inspections. The timeline can vary depending on factors such as the number of items, complexity of the design, and the curing process. Custom or intricate designs may take longer to complete.

If properly maintained, the quality finish of a hydrodipped item can last 5-15 years or more. Regular care, such as cleaning with non-abrasive methods and avoiding harsh chemicals, helps preserve the design and ensures its longevity.

This method is more commonly used for cars, walls, and smaller items and can be easier to replace or remove. The design is printed directly on the film before application, and while it can offer a wide range of designs and textures, it might not wrap around every curve as smoothly as hydrodipping.

After an item is dipped, there is a set amount of time for the newly imprinted design to dry. Once dried, a 2K Clear Coat is then applied onto the object for a nice clear, glossy shine, giving the newly imprinted design a nice pop!
