Hydrographics Booking Policy

Booking & Deposits A non-refundable setup fee of the selected package price is required to secure your appointment. Quotes are based on the package selected and may change depending on: *Part condition *Additional prep work required *Custom finishes or colors *Actual component count Package pricing covers standard prep and listed components only. Additional labor, prep work, custom finishes, or extra components will be invoiced separately after inspection and customer approval Turnaround Time Estimated turnaround is typically 5–14 business days depending on package size, prep requirements, and curing time. Delays may occur due to: *Heavy contamination or damaged parts *Custom orders *Weather or curing conditions Shipping Policy: Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from Vexor Hydrographics. Return shipping costs are calculated after service completion based on package size, weight, destination, and insurance requirements. Packaging Policy Packaging/material fees may apply for oversized or fragile components. Shipment Release Policy Completed parts will not be shipped until all outstanding invoices, including shipping charges, are paid in full. Inspection & Approval Customers are encouraged to inspect parts upon pickup or immediately after delivery. Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving completed parts.
